1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Chloe Nest within  30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow  7-14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within  48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
